Even high-quality markilux awnings are subject to wear and tear. Regular maintenance, similar to servicing wearing parts on cars, is therefore important. The necessity depends on: Awning type, age, size, environment and use.

markilux stands for the highest quality and durability. However, should a repair become necessary, your markilux specialist dealer will be at your side. With its professional service, it offers a professional and comprehensive awning repair that safeguards the value of your awning and quickly restores your comfort. Your markilux specialist dealer who installed your awning has the necessary expertise and usually fixes the problem on site. They will only use markilux original spare parts and follow proven repair guidelines (made in Germany). markilux supports the specialist dealer with service technicians and expertise if required to ensure a quick and professional repair.

Please contact your markilux specialist dealer to identify and order the required spare parts. For identification, you will need either the BA number (fabrication number, on the white fabric label) or details such as operation type, width, extension, fabric quality and year of manufacture of your awning, which your specialist dealer will agree with you.

Spare parts are available under warranty for at least two years from the date of manufacture. markilux generally offers spare parts for up to ten years after the model has been discontinued or longer (depending on the model and parts).
